Statement of Faith

STATEMENT OF FAITH ABRIDGED VERSION

We believe in the HOLY Scriptures — The Bible in its entirety to be the inspired
WORD of GOD, and the infallible rule of faith, and conduct. 2 Tim. 3:16; 1 Thess.
2:13; 2 Pet. 1:21.

We believe in the GODHEAD — Our GOD is ONE GOD but manifested in three
distinct persons – GOD the FATHER, GOD the SON, and GOD the HOLY
SPIRIT, being coequal, creator of all things. Deut. 6:4; Phil. 2:6.

We believe in the Fall and Redemption of Man — JESUS CHRIST, the SON of
GOD, was manifested to undo all the works of the devil and gave HIS life and
shed HIS BLOOD to redeem and restore man back to GOD. Rom. 5:14; 1 John
3:8.

We believe in the LORD JESUS CHRIST as the first begotten SON of GOD.
HE was conceived of GOD the HOLY SPIRIT, born of the virgin Mary, crucified,
died, was buried, physically resurrected on the third day, ascended into
heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of GOD the FATHER.

We believe in the personal Salvation of believers through the shed Blood of
JESUS CHRIST. Man's first step toward salvation is Godly sorrow that worketh
repentance. 2 Cor. 7:10; John. 3:3-5; 1John. 5:12; Romans 10:8-10

We believe in Water Baptism by immersion - Matt. 3:16, and in the baptism of
the HOLY SPIRIT as distinct from the new birth - Matt. 3:11, in speaking with
tongues as the SPIRIT of GOD gives utterance - Acts 2:4, and in the gifts of the
HOLY SPIRIT. The gifts and the five-fold ministry offices did not cease – 1 Cor.
12; Eph. 4:11-13; 1 Th.5:19, and 1 Cor. 14:18-40

We believe in Sanctification — The Bible teaches that without holiness, no man
can see the LORD. Heb. 12:14; 1 Thess. 5:23; 2 Pet. 3:18; 2 Cor. 3:18; Phil. 3:12-14;
1 Cor. 1:30

We believe in the sanctity of marriage and that marriage is only between a born
male and a born female. Genesis 2:24; Lev.18:22; 1 Cor.6:9-10; Rom.1:26-27.

We believe in Divine Healing — Through faith in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST
and that healing is included in the Redemption. Gal. 3:13; Isa. 53:4-5; Psalm 103

We believe in the Return of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST — Acts 1:11;
1 Thess. 4:16,17

We believe in Heaven and Hell — In the resurrection of the dead,
the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
Heb. 9:27; Rev. 19:20

We believe that GOD answers prayers according to the Bible. Jeremiah 33:3;
John 15:7; 1 John 5:14-15, and 2 Chronicles 7:14
